Do I have to pay commission if I hire somebody using Pared?

We know that the financial situation for most restaurants is in turmoil so we wanted to offer a way for you to find amazing employees free of charge.  We are able to do this for a period of time during the crisis as a service to the industry we care most about but have plans to make it a larger revenue generating program in the future.  This is something we could do easily and quickly in order for the millions of food service workers who find themselves out of a job to find a way to make money while we work on building out our larger suite of services.
