Can I still hire staff if you’re no longer offering gigs?

You will still be able to hire staff, in fact that is what we are focusing more on but with our old product you were only limited to posting gigs.  Now with our new product, you can post any kind of job you want, either temporary or full time.  The difference is that Pared will no longer automatically select a member for you but instead members will be able to “apply” to the job you posted themselves and give you the control to offer the position to whomever you see fit.
